Shipping Policy

In mainland France (including Corsica) & Belgium, Colissimo La Poste delivery, in a post office, at your home or at your workplace.

All orders are prepared by us and entrusted to the carrier within 24 working hours from Monday to Friday.

Transport is provided by La Poste via So Colissimo within 48h / 72h on average. Thus, an order placed before noon for immediate payment can be delivered to you at best within 3 working days, wherever you want: at home, in your company, at a post office, at a merchant or at the address of your choice in France. metropolitan.

 

The delivery time is indicated in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and French national holidays are not working).
During promotional periods or at certain times of the year, delivery times may be longer due to the large volume of orders.

Return and Exchange Policy

It is recommended to check the contents of the order once it has been received.
If you find that a product is damaged, we apologize.

 

If, at the time of delivery, you notice that your package is slightly damaged, it is imperative to indicate this to the delivery person.
There are several ways to do this:

  1. At the time of receipt, you can put next to the signature "I received it damaged".

  2. For depot deliveries without signature, there are two options:

    • 1) ask the delivery person to write it in front of you.

    • 2) ask the delivery person for a paper from the agency where you can indicate that you received it damaged.

In the case of delivery without signature and in the event that the order has a seal from the transport company, it would not be necessary to sign or report it (because the tape already indicates that something has happened thing during transport, and that the agency took care of it).
However, we strongly recommend that you take note at the time of delivery, whatever the problem or problem found with the package (coup, tape from the transport agency, damaged or opened box).
In order to manage damaged and received orders, it is necessary to send an email within 24 hours of receipt of the order to ...................... ....... .

In addition, you will need to attach photographs of the damaged products, the box in which the order was sent to you and the shipping label from the transport agency.
It is essential to keep the shipping box for at least 15 days, as we will ask for photos of it (some with the shipping label visible).
This will greatly help us to carry out checks and find the best solution to your problem.
Once the complaint is opened, we will inform you of all progress by e-mail.
